| Which program do you usee? I know some really good programs if you need! I r'lly think it's good, but it could be much better with some interesting effects! ^_^ And also, maybe you should try to find some original fonts! Okay first. Flash -> Good for animations.
Now. If we look at some free programs..
Paint.NET
I used this one for a long time. It's a really powerful program. And what's good about it
is that you can find many really good tutorials on the forum (some tutorials are written by the developpers of the program themselves)
The Gimp
Another really good one. I didn't use it much cuz I really loved Paint.NET.
For Photoshop CS2: List of Photoshop CS2 torrents on ThePirateBay
You should find it easily there. Just look at comments to be sure that the file is working as it should.

| If you want some tips...
We can't see the writing well (NDR72).
You could
First: Put it in another color so we could see it more.
Second: Make it a rotation of 90 degrees and put it in the top right corner so it won't hide the picture ^^

| You should have brightened up like the half of the picture
instead of just the mask. Cause as it is now, it don't really make sense.
You have to figure out where do you want the light to come from, and then make it as it was IRL ( In Real Life), with shade and everything. It's gonna look waaayyy better.
